This section is a practical guide to your rights as a data subject, how to exercise them and the response times Nexim Global commits to.
Your rights in brief
Right of access (art. 15 GDPR)
Obtain confirmation that your personal data is being processed and, if so, receive a copy of the data and information on the processing (purposes, categories, recipients, retention period).
Right to rectification (art. 16)
Request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
Right to erasure (art. 17)
Request the erasure of data when no longer necessary, in case of consent withdrawal, objection to processing, unlawful processing, or legal obligation. It does not apply when processing is necessary for legal compliance (e.g., invoicing, traffic data retention).
Right to restriction (art. 18)
Request the suspension of processing pending verification (e.g., challenging data accuracy).
Right to portability (art. 20)
Receive your data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format (JSON, CSV), and transmit it to another controller.
Right to object (art. 21)
Object at any time to processing based on legitimate interest or for direct marketing purposes, including profiling.
Automated decisions (art. 22)
Not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing — including profiling — which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you.
Withdrawal of consent
Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
Lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority
Lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority if you believe that the processing violates the GDPR.

Fill out the form below to submit your request to the DPO. Alternatively, you can write directly to dpo@nexim.it or by regular mail to Via Caldera 21, 20153 Milan — Italy.
We will reply within 30 days of receipt, extendable by a further 60 days for complex requests, with reasoned notice within the first month.
